Solidbot has been chosen by the Belgian Federal Police to secure key locations of the 14-18 commemoration in Liege.

The commemoration being a world happening remembering the outbreak of the First World War and its victims, it’s been attended by world leaders such as the King and Queen of Belgium, Angela Merkel (bundeskanzlerin Germany), François Hollande (President of France), Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton and many other prominent personalities.

The Police asked Solidbot Mobile Security to place different trailers on the main road of the procession to secure and monitor the different activities of the “Monument Interallié” on the Colline de Cointe and the access of Place Saint Lambert.

Both locations are classified as being ‘of the highest importance’ and are not covered by the City Surveillance System. The Police was looking for a strong solution that could be deployed rapidly to send images and informations directly to their control room.

Both Solidbot J10 and P15 models have been chosen for their easy deployment, full autonomy and exceptional components, ensuring direct communication with the Control Room of the National Defense, who can monitor the different video streams and informations straight from their different Surveillance Management Softwares.

The Solidbot Autonomous Mobile Security Solutions are Security Trailers which can be deployed in 5 minutes in order to secure, monitor and broadcast images and alarms from any location. Its unique intelligence and communication solution has been fully engineered and built in Belgium.
